The monsters look awesome and I can’t wait for you to see them!

We are learning about the properties of color and how to use color effectively. The students are applying their knowledge of color while creating a “color creature” (100 points= I grade on effort). I can’t wait to see how they turn out.

P.S. I rarely give homework so most posts will contain information about what your student is doing in art.

Students will learn about the fundamentals of art and acquire knowledge of art from other cultures and their history. In this class the students will explore and create both two-dimensional and three-dimensional art forms. This yearlong course can help improve fine motor, problem solving, and critical thinking skills through hands-on experiences. In addition, the students will learn to communicate expressively through the creation of art. Prerequisite: None
